They came out THAT DAY (three times, mind you), until they were able to figure out the problem, and then two of their technicians, who had the next day (Saturday) off, came back out at 7:00 a.m. to replace my well pump. Their service was excellent, and their prices were reasonable- much less than we'd anticipated.
Today (as of this writing), we had issues associated with our water (not due to their previous work- our house is more than a century old), and Jason, one of the techs who replaced my pump six months ago, was out here in less than an hour after I called, and we live half an our outside of town. He diagnosed and fixed my problem on the spot, and again, the price was half of what we'd anticipated. I will NEVER call ANYONE other than FITCH for any of my plumbing, electrical, heating or cooling needs. I cannot recommend this company enough!
